Exchange, Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days. Exchange or return of stock merchandise due to a manufacturing defect must be authorized by the factory. To comply with factory guidelines, merchandise must be inspected by our technician to ensure that items are in their original condition. Delivery charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g., refunds on bankcards will be credited to the bankcard).
Special orders are items manufactured by customer request and are not items that Room 2 Be In stocks. These items require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit. Special order merchandise is not subject to cancellation or return. All special order merchandise must be scheduled for delivery within 30 days of arrival at our corporate warehouse.
Carefully inspect all pictures, textile, vases, accessories, area rugs, etc. before you take them with you. Home décor items are not serviced. You may return or exchange only items in its original condition within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
One Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind our products by offering manufacturer limited warranties including free parts and labor for one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the furniture in your home, repair the furniture in your home or pick it up for repair. This Limited warranty covers all furniture purchases excluding clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise includes “as is” items, floor samples, closeouts and discontinued items. Warranties for commercial use are not offered by our manufacturers.
